The number one feature request in Scheduling is to allow clients to schedule more than one unique service at a time. Our product team developed and validated cart prototypes through multiple rounds of user testing, resolving innumerable accessibility and ux issues, as well as updated payment processing and internationalization hooks.
Further, we collaborated with internal teams (online stores, member areas) to ensure that the work we were doing would bridge these surfaces together in allowing clients to book not only multiple appointments, but other physical and digital products, as well.
