Acuity Scheduling’s “client scheduling page” was born around 2006 and millions of appointments are still scheduled on it today. But as mobile transactions grew, we started interviewing users and asking how they would use a mobile app to book appointments.

Our initial launch saw over 10k appointments the first month, and it continued to grow organically to 200k per month. Turns out, people schedule on-the-go—especially for classes.
